He had , however , held the same office in the Constitutent Assembly -LRB- legislative -RRB- and continued as the Speaker of the Provisional Parliament on the commencement of the Constitution . परंतु वह संविधान सभा ( विधायी ) में इसी पद पर आसीन रह चुके थे और संविधान के प्रारंभ होने पर अस्थायी संसद के अध्यक्ष बने रहे थे .

Position after Independence The name of the department continued to remain the same until 26 January 1950 , when with the coming into force of the Constitution of India and the creation of the Provisional Parliament , it was changed to ” Parliament Secretariat ' . स्वतंत्रता के बाद की स्थिति 26 जनवरी , 1950 तक उस विभाग का नाम वही रहा और उस दिन जब भारत का संविधान लागू हुआ और अस्थायी संसद बनी तो नाम बदल कर “ संसद सचिवालय ” रख दिया
